A new version of programme manual has been published on our website. (Version 3 dated December 2023)

What's new?
The manual was revised to reflect the programme area enlargement to the 7 EU candidate countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Ukraine).
Other updates relevant to running projects also relate to:
- Appendix 3.2 (Interreg Europe Control Report and Checklist), where few editorial changes were done (mainly to ensure consistency with the Portal functionalities) and a question was added requesting controllers to check that the procurement list provided in the Portal is properly filled in.
- Specific rules regarding VAT applying whenever GBER is used to cover state aid relevant activities (section 6.4.1).
- Definition of conflict of interest in the context of preventing fraud in public procurement (section 6.5).
