The "club de la logistique" met in Lille!

On the 31st of May 2024, the City of Lille hosted at the Maison des Mobilités Durables (A place created as part of the Interreg North Sea project, Active Cities, to promote more sustainable mobility options) its ‘club de la logistique’, actually the third Regional stakeholder meeting, as part of SPOTLOG and the national project Inter(LUD)+.

The meeting was led by two deputy mayors from the City of Lille and the former deputy mayor for the ecological transition, now senator of the Nord department and still a member of the city council.

About 40 people were present, representing different actors such as the metropolitan local government, logistics companies, logistics companies’ union, bicycle logistics companies.
The meeting was the opportunity to describe how logistics fit into the different municipal and metropolitan policies. The participants were also presented the different phases and workshops that will lead to the elaboration the roadmap for sustainable urban logistics.
