On June 11, 2024, a meeting of the CARES project partners took place, aimed at synchronizing activities and exchanging crucial information. During the meeting, many significant issues concerning progress and future plans were discussed, and policy instruments with a significant impact on achieving the intended goals were analyzed.

Activities for the Third Semester

Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, as the leader partner, presented a detailed work plan for the third semester, reminding that the midterm review will begin in the middle of the fourth semester. Key tasks include updating the database of good practices and improving policy instruments to increase the project's efficiency and effectiveness.

Summary of Good Practices

Important point of the meeting was the summary of good practices identified within the project and published on the project’s website. Some of these practices have been accepted into the Interreg Europe good practices database, highlighting their value and significance.

Progress in Improving Policy Instruments

Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, on its example, provided an overview of progress in changing and improving the policy instruments (PIs) planned under the CARES project. Based on an assessment of identified good practices, the partners discussed achievements to date and future steps.

Stakeholder Meetings and Exchange of Good Practices

Partners reviewed past stakeholder meetings, discussing topics covered during these meetings and plans for the future. The exchange of good practices among partners plays a crucial role in these meetings, supporting the implementation of effective solutions in various local contexts.

Upcoming Tutoring Session

A reminder was also given about the upcoming training session on the legal aspects of telecare, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence in healthcare, which will take place online on June 18, 2024. This training aims to deepen the partners' knowledge of the latest legal regulations, allowing for better compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

The meeting enabled a detailed discussion of the CARES project's progress and the planning of further activities for the coming months, providing a solid foundation for the project's continued development. The engagement of all partners ensures the effective achievement of goals, promising success in the subsequent stages of the initiative's implementation.
